Step #8 in the Skin Care Steps After cleansing, apply the Non-Surgical Face Lift following the directions. It is a thick mask and you apply it to your neck and face pushing everything up and out. You find a place to relax for 20 minutes and let it dry. It will really firm your skin. I do this step twice a week and if I am going someplace special, I may do this step once more. Wash off with a warm wet wash cloth or rinse off in the shower. Finish with toner and moisturizer or 100% Emu Oil. You will soon see fewer fine lines and wrinkles.
